ABB baccarat live casino - A Swiss engineering major - has said on Thursday that it has received the country’s largest process automation and safety system projects in the agro-chemical sector from Deccan Fine Chemicals. However, the company hasn’t disclosed the official value of this order.
Consisting of highly automated production plants, warehousing facilities, advanced effluent treatment facilities, and labs, Deccan Fine Chemicals currently has three manufacturing sites. Considering this, ABB is offering them a solution which has been designed for both high fault tolerance and high availability.
This has been accomplished by positioning the servers and primary and back-critical controllers at two separate locations.
ABB baccarat live casino said in a statement, "this mission critical automation and safety system controls over 100 reactors at the largest multi-product plant, at their SEZ (special economic zone) facility in Tuni, Andhra Pradesh."
G Balaji, Head - Energy Industries, Industrial Automation, ABB baccarat live casino said, "Adoption of such digitalisation technologies can help agro-chemical companies accelerate their overall business, increase profit margins, and cater to the burgeoning demand.”
According to Jagan Buddharaju, Chief Operating Officer, Deccan Fine Chemical, ABB has automated all manufacturing operations till date. But, this will be its first project where it will be integrating 100 reactors in a single connected platform which will be controlling a new manufacturing block.
He also added, "This intelligent automation and safety system with high availability will improve product quality, process efficiency and reduce downtime. We are keen to partner with ABB to drive process efficiencies in our manufacturing operations."
